Indications:
For use against the following species of worms: Toxascaris leonina, Toxocara canis, Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala, Trichuris vulpis, Dipylidium caninum, Taenia avis, Taenia pisiformis, Taenia hydatigenea and Echinococcus granulosus (hydatids) in dogs. If worm problems persist, consult a veterinarian.
Dosage and Administration:
1 tablet/5 kg body weight
Puppies: Treat according to weight at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks- thereafter every 3 months.
Adult Dogs: Treat every 3 months.
Breeding Bitch: Treat during the mating period, during the gestation period one week before birth and 3 to 4 weeks after birth.
Dogs should not be fed, or allowed to feed on, offal from any species. Dogs in hydatid areas should be treated every 6 weeks. Where whipworm is a problem, treat every 6-8 weeks after 3 months of age.
PARAGARD ALL WORMER is to be used as a single dose treatment. Tablets are palatable and may be administered directly as a treat or crushed and put on food. Fleas are intermediate hosts for tapeworm (Dipylidium caninum). Effective flea control will reduce the incidence of tapeworm.
